Description ~ A simple tank top with a ruffled shoulder strap and a ruffle along the bottom. The skirt features layers upon layers of scalloped ruffles that seem heavier than they really are. The unique openwork of the stitching provides plenty of lightness yet keeps everything underneath completely hidden. The sunhat uses the same stitch technique which keeps the head cooler even in the hottest of the summer months.
