1. How much does it cost to ship a pattern?
All my patterns are shipped in pdf format via email to the address provided by paypal. Shipping of patterns is free.
2. How long does it take to recieve a pattern?
Please allow 72 hours to recieve pattern by email. If you do not recieve the pattern in 72 hours email us at anna@lullabiesandlace.com. Please make sure you have checked your spam and junk mail folders as many times emails are placed there. Also make sure you have set your spam filter to accept patterns from anna@lullabiesandlace.com.
3. How much does it cost to ship handmade items?
$1-$9 = $3
$10-$19 = $5
$20-$49 = $8
$50-$199 = $11
over $200 = $14
4. How long does it take to ship a handmade item?
If you are purchasing a pre-made item from the Boutique please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. For custom orders please allow 8-12 weeks. If custom orders will take longer to ship an announcement will be made on the custom order page and you will be notified personally at time of purchase.
5. Can I have items shipped faster than priority?
Boutique (pre-made) items only may be shipped express or overnight. Additional charges for shipping will be incurred and an invoice sent for these charges upon request.
About Payment
1. What are your accepted forms of payment?
We accept and prefer all payments via paypal. We also accept check or money order (at sender's own risk) upon request. If paying by check please allow one week for check to clear before pattern is shipped.
About the Patterns
1. What are your policies regarding copyright?
You may NOT copy, reproduce, alter or redistribute any pattern, any article made from pattern, any photo in pattern or on the website in any way. You may NOT sell anything you have made from a pattern. You may NOT share this pattern with anyone.
You MAY print one copy of pattern for yourself. You MAY make one backup copy for your records. You MAY make items for yourself, charity or a gift.
2. What standards do you use to rate the difficulty levels of your patterns?
I use the same standards required by the Crochet Guild of America. These standards can be found at www.yarnstandards.com.
My levels are as follows:
Beginner ~ simple stitches and basic crochet techniques used
Easy ~ These patterns are fairly easy to follow with some stitches and techniques a beginner might find challenging. A basic knowledge of crochet terms and stitches is required for these patterns.
Intermediate ~ These patterns require a bit of concentration and the ability to follow more complex instructions.
Advanced ~ These are complex patterns incorporating a variety of stitch techniques. The use of small thread and hooks fall into this category as well.
Expert ~ These patterns are extremely involved and require large amounts of concentration. They include a variety of complicated stitch techniques that need a large degree of skill to master.
3. Do you send printed patterns in the mail?
At this time, we do not send patterns in the mail but this is something we are looking at including.
4. Do you sell cd's of your patterns?
No. At this time we do not sell our patterns on cd although we are looking at this as an option in the future.

2. What if I would like to order a pattern but the link doesn't work on the website?
Please notify me immediately and I will get the link fixed right away. You may also request an invoice for the patterns if you do not wish to wait for me to get the link fixed.
3. What is the difference between the Boutique and Custom Orders?
The Boutique are shops where I sell pre-made items. These items are sold as-is. They cannot be altered in size or color.
Custom Orders can be taken for certain items. These items are highly customizable. Options are given for colors and sizes. Once an item is purchased, a form will emailed for more details regarding the item.
4. Can I order a custom made dress from the patterns listed if its not listed on the custom order page?
Yes. Any dress listed on this website can be custom ordered. Simply ask for a price list to be emailed to you and then we can work out color and size options.
