Size Info
This pattern is written for a teacup cover to fit over standard sized teacup.  Options for a smaller and larger teacup are included. The smaller option in blue and the larger option in red.

• Size 10 cotton bedspread weight thread
• Size 6 steel crochet hook
• Needle for weaving in ends

Center
Rnd 1 – Ch 6, join to form ring, ch 1, 10 sc in ring, join with sl st to first sc.  –(10 sc)-

Rnd 2 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, 2 sc in each sc around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(20 sc)-

Rnd 3 – Ch 1, sc in same st, sc in each sc around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(20 sc)-

Rnd 4 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, sc in next sc, *2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(30 sc)-

Rnd 5 – Repeat Rnd 3.  –(30 sc)-

Rnd 6 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, sc in next 2 sc, *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, repeat from *around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(40 sc)-

Rnd 7 – Repeat Rnd 3.  –(40 sc)-

Rnd 8 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, sc in next 3 sc, *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(50 sc)-  Smaller Option: Skip to Rnd 11.

Rnd 9 – Repeat Rnd 3.  –(50 sc)-

Rnd 10 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, sc in next 4 sc, *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(60 sc)-

Rnd 11 – Repeat Rnd 3.

Rnd 12 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, sc in next 5 sc, *2 sc in next sc, sc in next 5 sc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to first sc.  –(70 sc)- GO TO REGULAR RND 11.

Rnd 11 – Ch 1, sc in same st, *ch 2, sk 1 sc, sc in next sc, repeat from * around, ch 1, join with sc to first sc to form last ch-2 sp. 

Rnd 12 – Ch 1, sc in same sp, *ch 2, sc in next ch-2 sp, repeat from * around, ch 1, join with sc to first sc to form last ch-2 sp.

Rnd 13 – Ch 1, sc in same sp, *ch 3, sc in next ch-2 sp, repeat from * around, ch 1, join with hdc to first sc to form last ch-3 sp.

Rnd 14 – Repeat rnd 13.

Rnd 15 – Ch 1, 2 sc in same sp, sc in next sc, *3 sc in next ch-3 sp, sc in next sc, repeat from * around, sc in same sp as first 2 sc, join with sl st to first sc.
Rnd 16 – Ch 1, sc in same st, sc in each sc around, join with sl st to first sc.

Rnd 17 – Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 1, sk 3 sc, 5 dc in next sc (shell made), ch 1, sk 3 sc, *sc in next sc, ch 1, sk 3 sc, shell in next sc, ch 1, sk 3 sc, repeat from *around, join with sl st to first sc. FASTEN OFF.

Teacup Skirt
Rnd 1 – Attach thread from behind with sc around any sc from Rnd 14, *ch 4, sc around next sc from Rnd 14, repeat from *around, ch 2, join with hdc to first sc to form last ch-4 loop.

Rnd 2 – Ch 1, sc in same sp, *ch 3, sc in next ch-4 sp, ch 3, sc in same ch-4 sp, repeat from * around, ch 3, sc in same sp as first sc, ch 1, hdc in first sc to form last ch-3 sp.

Rnds 3-6 – Ch 1, sc in same sp, *ch 3, sc in next ch-3 sp, repeat from * around, ch 1, hdc in first sc to form last ch-3 sp.  FASTEN OFF.

Weave in Ends.
